Founded by Pete and Deb, Senna Developments was built on a simple belief - that building your home should be a personal, enjoyable experience from start to finish.

With Pete's 35+ years in the Canterbury building industry, you're in expert hands. And because you deal directly with us - no account managers, no middlemen - you get genuine care, honest communication, and real accountability on every project.

Married in 2017 and between us raising four children, and now proud grandparents to two gorgeous grandchildren, we understand what family life looks like. We know what a home needs to feel like. Busy energises us, and we pour that passion into every build we take on.
